Vishay Diodes Division is announcing the discontinuation of the existing part numbers in PowerTab® package. At the same time, the corresponding new Halogen Free part numbers are introduced to substitute the obsolete part numbers (see Annex 1 for detail of concerned part numbers). The Halogen Free compound is already used in some TO-220 and TO-247 packages production.
